The XX Olympic Games in Torino, Italy is literally heating up. The warm, sixty-degree weather is melting the otherwise festive tone to the Games. But, Visa International, which is a global Olympic partner must also be feeling a different type of heat from angry merchants throughout the United States. One Visa U.S.A.
